How can we help?
Answers to the most common questions. Can't find yours? Just email us.
How does the transition between parts work?
When a part is done, your Watch taps your wrist twice and the transition timer starts. The next part only begins when you press Start. On Apple Watch Series 9, Ultra 2 or newer you can also double tap with your thumb and index finger. You'll find your transition time in the log afterwards.
When does a part move on by itself?
Runs by distance move on automatically once your Watch has measured the distance. Timed parts move on when the time is up. Stations by distance or reps you finish yourself with the Done button, because the Watch can't read the metres from a SkiErg or rower.
The app isn't on my Apple Watch
Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Available Apps and tap Install next to Wisselzone. Make sure your iPhone is nearby and Bluetooth is on.
My plan isn't on my Watch
Open Wisselzone on your iPhone and then on your Watch. Plans sync automatically once both apps have been opened. On the app's home screen, the Apple Watch tile shows whether your Watch is paired and when it last synced. Your own workouts can be started on your Watch with Wisselzone Pro.
My workout isn't in the log
A workout appears in the log when you finish or stop it on your Watch. Then open Wisselzone on your iPhone. If your iPhone wasn't nearby during the workout, it's sent over as soon as they're connected again.
I don't see heart rate or distance
Check that Wisselzone has access to Apple Health under Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Wisselzone. Wear your Watch snugly on your wrist. For outdoor workouts, turn on "Outdoor (GPS)" in the app on your Watch for a more accurate distance.
What's free and what's in Wisselzone Pro?
Free: Hyrox training in your format and division, free training with the stopwatch and interval timer, and your log. With Wisselzone Pro you create and edit your own workouts, copy and adjust the Hyrox plans and start them on your Watch. Pro costs €39.99 a year or €6.99 a month, with the first week free. Prices in your App Store may differ by country.
How do I cancel Wisselzone Pro?
Subscriptions run through Apple. In the app, open Profile and tap Manage subscription, or on your iPhone go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions. If you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your own workouts stay visible, but you need Pro again to edit and start them. Your log is always yours.
I have Pro, but the app doesn't see it
In the app, open Profile and tap Get Wisselzone Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account you bought Pro with. Got a code? Tap Redeem code in Profile.
How do my workouts get into Strava?
Wisselzone saves every workout to Apple Health. Strava can pick them up from there: in the Strava app, open Settings > Manage Apps and Devices > Health and turn on automatic uploads. Your splits per part and your transition times are only in Wisselzone.
Can I edit a workout or add one myself?
Yes. Open the workout in the log and tap Edit to change the name, date or times per part. Use the + at the top right of the log to add a workout you did without your Watch.
Are the weights per division correct?
The weights are based on the official race rules for the current season. Rules can change from season to season, so always check the official rules for your race.
Does my data move to a new iPhone?
Yes, if you set up your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup. Your data is only on your own devices. There's no account, so without a backup we can't recover it.
